We strive to provide our patients the utmost professionalism and excellence of service. Our commitment to your well-being is something everyone in our practice takes quite seriously.
Breaking an appointment hinders our ability to care for you as well as others, because we lose a time slot that could have been used to help another patient. Our employees also waste valuable time getting ready for your visit.
Barring any unusual circumstances, we expect you to keep your appointments. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Please be aware notification must be a business day; weekends do not count.
- Please be advised that if you miss an appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 that is payable by your next visit. The cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied if you miss a physical appointment or any of our alternative therapies.
- Patients who do not show up or call to cancel at the last minute after 3 times within a 12 month period will be given a 30 day grace period to find a new physician; during those 30 days we will treat emergencies only.
We very much want to continue to serve you, so we urge you to make every effort to keep future appointments.
